Refund Policy

1. No Refunds on Digital Services

Due to the nature of our digital offerings such as AI chat sessions, image generation, and content-based services, all purchases are considered final. We do not offer refunds once a session or service has started or been delivered.

2. Plan Activation Confirmation

Each plan begins immediately after successful payment. By proceeding with the payment, you confirm your agreement to begin the service instantly and waive the right to any refund claims.

3. Exceptions (If Any)

If a technical issue on our end prevents service delivery (e.g. system error, failed activation), please contact us within 24 hours. We will review and process any valid cases fairly.

If you believe your case qualifies for an exception, email us at support@theteachingdesk.com with full details and your payment reference.

Refunds (if approved under exceptions) will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Note: Our paid digital services (TTD Intelli chatbot plans) are currently under final integration. Pricing for all available plans is structured in INR and will be visible within the chatbot interface upon public launch. All other services are either free or quoted on request.
